Kaji the sirdar is on the far left of the picture. Our other guides are Little Mingma (fourth from left with hand in the air), Nare (at the back, two to the right of Little Mingma), Big Mingma (with white and black top and blue hat, also with hand in the air) and Chongba (to the immediate right of Big Mingma). Our cook is Akkal (right of Chongba, with orange collars). The rest of the crew are porters and kitchen assistants.
