From the right of the picture: the pointed peak with a white left-hand side and dark right-hand side is the Aiguille du Goûter (3883m); following it to the left, the more prominent, rounded peak is the Dôme du Goûter (4304m); further to the left, two tiny pimples in a col are Les Bosses; the summit of Mont Blanc (4810m) is to the left of that, the furthest peak in the background, in the centre of the photograph; spilling down in front of the mountains is the Glacier des Bossons.
