August 2007 - A mountaineering expedition and successful ascent of Muztag Ata (7546m), the huge dome of snow and ice in the Chinese Pamirs in the far west of China, a mountain first attempted by Sven Hedin in 1894 and made famous by explorers Eric Shipton and HW Tilman.
