Weight unit converter
The weight converter converts standard imperial units to metric. It can convert grams to grains, grains to grams, grams to ounces, ounces to grams, kilograms to pounds, pounds to kilograms, tons to metric tons (tonnes), and metric tons (tonnes) to tons.
To use the weight converter simply type a weight into the text box, select which units you wish to convert from the drop down list and click 'Submit'.
If you know your weight in kilograms, it will also give an approximation in stones and pounds. To use this option, select kilograms to pounds and type your weight in as a decimal.

1 gram = 15.432358 grains
1 ounce = 28.349523 grams
1 kilogram = 2.204623 pounds
1 stone = 14 pounds
1 ton = 2000 pounds
1 metric ton (tonne) = 1000 kilograms
